She spent quite a bit of time with me and explained everything in a way that made sense. She explained the kind of tests that I needed and what she would find out from them.
She was able to treat my blood pressure problems and my irregular heartbeats with medication. She and her office team explained all of my medications.
Dr. Novak always treats me with kindness and respect. She makes sure that I understand everything that she is going to do and why. That doesn’t always happen when you go to the doctor these days.
I’m glad that Dr. Novak and Prairie were there when I needed them.
